Interjection!

Ok, I really really don't have time to get into another post because I'm deep in the lesson planning cycle and there is no end in sight.
However while I was searching for images for my lesson tomorrow I discovered that Ben and Jerry's made a Black and Tan ice cream for St. Patty's last February. Random, I know... but I thought I should share this amazing blend of beer and ice cream with the world. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be trying it anytime soon (though they do have Ben and Jerry's here) but those of you in North America this February should check it out and report back to me. Mmmmm.

In other news, I'm here, not dead yet, and having more and more fun all the time. Except for right now, when course work is taking over my life. I'll update as soon as this lesson planning session gets out of the way. The King's birthday is Tuesday and the country essentially shuts down to celebrate. I'm looking forward to it.

I actually had some last year, when we had our Cinco de Mayo celebration.

Emily and Trick brought some over, it wasn't too bad, either it wasn't that popular or they sell it for quite a while, because as I said, we ate it in may.

But you know me, beer and ice cream are things I love, and like to mix often ;)
